Planning the Ultimate Grad Night: A Party Bus Route Guide

The best grad-night routes are boring to plan and memorable to ride. Start with fixed points that can't move — dinner reservation time, the dance's doors-open time — and work backward from there with buffer, not around them.

Photos are the most common overrun. Give the group thirty minutes more than you think they need at the photo stop; nobody has ever complained about extra time in formalwear before a dance.

Build the after-dance leg in from the start, not as an afterthought. A bus that's already booked to bring everyone home safely at 1am is the actual point of the night — the party is just the part everyone remembers.

One vehicle for the whole group beats splitting into parents' cars: everyone arrives together, nobody is the designated driver, and there's one point of contact if plans shift.
