Transportation is usually the last line item couples think about, and the first one that causes stress when it's left too late — good vehicles for a Saturday in wedding season get booked months in advance.
9-12 months out: lock in your date and get a quote for the vehicle you want. If a specific car (a Rolls-Royce Ghost, say) matters to your photos, this is when to reserve it — not the month before.
2-3 months out: confirm your full-day itinerary. Bridal party pickup, ceremony, photos, and reception may all need separate legs — map out timing with your coordinator and your chauffeur together.
2 weeks out: confirm final headcounts, any decor requests (ribbons, a 'Just Married' sign), and a backup contact number for the day of, in case the wedding party's plans shift by twenty minutes.
Day of: your chauffeur should be your most stress-free vendor. If you're checking your phone wondering where the car is, something went wrong in the planning — not the driving.
